The word cornac comes from the Sanskrit term, karinayaka, "elephant leader" and, like the cornac who cares for his elephant, we steer clients through the minefield that brand work can be.

Founded in 2018, Brand Cornac has been created because we felt that the process of creating, articulating and commercialising a brand was often overcomplicated.
We “cornac” our clients through a process so they end up owning the final results. It is allowing them to use and implement the result of the work in a most efficient way.

With 20 years experience in Marketing, Communications, PR and Creative Direction, Bastien Hibon founded Brand Cornac in 2018 after creating and leading some of the biggest brands around.
Bastien has been Marketing Director of several F1 teams including Mercedes, headed Marcomms for IRONMAN EMEA, and led communications for the UK's most successful environmental NGO campaign, resulting in a new climate change law.
Agency-side he has worked at Ogilvy, Limelight Sports and Medialink - clients included the European Space Agency, Diageo, Omega, Ford.
Bastien is a trustee and board member for the charity Greenwich Steiner School.
Richard Berry started his career in the media with ITV, ESPN and IMG, and has spent almost 30 years working for some of the biggest brands in the sports and media industries.
He built and led business development in the Premier League with Manchester City FC and at several Formula One teams, including Mercedes and Williams.
Richard has also spent time working for the Premier League itself, Limelight Sports, and as Chief Commercial Officer at Glasgow Rangers FC. He was also Managing Director of a boutique sports research company.
All of this has given Richard a uniquely rounded view of the commercial landscape in sports and media and the increasing convergence of the two sectors.
Former BBC journalist and award-winning PR professional, Nicola Hibon Jackson has a depth of experience across communications and engagement strategy, journalism, PR and marketing. Nicola’s areas of expertise incorporate dynamic copywriting, brand development, comms strategy, public affairs and crisis management.
Nicola headed PR for Friends of the Earth as well as the Carbon Trust where she was also responsible for the launch of the Carbon Standard.
Bastien and Nicola met over 20 years ago at PR broadcast agency Medialink where Nicola was a senior producer. Previous copywriting work includes creative online content, promo and marketing copy, press releases along with writing for BBC, IRN and Sky news and lifestyle magazines.
Jordan Carr is Brand Cornac's visuals lead, looking after design and “look & feel”.
Before a long spell as a digital designer at Nike’s European Headquarters, where he created strong digital campaigns for multiple European countries as well as the Middle East and Asia, he was in Bastien’s team on the agency side, at Limelight Sports.

Paul Maunder is our Change professional. An experienced project manager who has delivered many projects in a variety of fields, Paul's expertise is in turning a strategy into a focused plan, then seeing it through to delivery. Paul has more than two decades' experience delivering projects in fast-moving retail environments for House of Fraser and John Lewis, often working with luxury brands. He is adept at using waterfall or agile methods, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver a project's objectives.
